CONGRATULATIONS TO MY KEN & his new pretty wife karyn -
who i must thank for getting hitched TODAY of all days (: haha not in March or April when it would be cooler, but today. lol spigging blistering heat. LOLOL The wedding was exceptionally different compared to how the asians do it, though its was still the same vibrant atmosphere of a newlyweded couple. Arrived at the Vibe hotel around 5, and spent almost 20 minutes looking for a parking spot in a cramped parking lot which we had to pay $12.50 ( daddy didnt know there was FREE parking right outside ~)
Lex + Tim were so lucky they were able to get a spot real easy. pranced into the cocktail reception room & found myself in a room which was about 95% NOT ASIAN. Felt quite scared to be honest. All eyes were on the asians in the room. lol - why did Ken have to marry an aussie. Anyways found Alex, Tim, Chau and Dat and started hunting for food. Cocktail receptions are extremely difficult. It was like in those american movies where they bring the food to you on a platter, and if the food doesnt come to you - like an animal you have to go hunt the bitch down. I must say, the food was yummy though.
My uncle always did say Ken has exquisite taste in his selection of food. Karyn looked stunning as predicted & zoe + Kirk were FUCKING ADORABLE. I should really spend more time with them - like Lex always says to me " YOUR SUCH A TERRIBLE COUSIN".
Ended the night with some touching speeches & headed home after farewelling my elite ken and his Karyn. Alex was piss drunk by the end of it all & even now the boy is out clubbing! lol (:
Waiting for baby to give me a call. Hope he buzzes me soon - my eyes are beginning to sag and soon enough they'll shut to dream of prancing ninjas.
