8:00 AM, Sunday, September 27, 2009,
:) Yesterday was good fun. Although more than half my day consisted of the most boring study in the world, it was all worth it in the end to be able to get out of the house and into the horid wind:D Woke up at 7 and called Viet to tell him there was another dust storm. Obviously there was no need to since most of it had cleared, but golly i was just too excited and had to tell someone LOL as expected Viet didn't care and went back to sleep =Phaha studied until about 345 and then headed out to Bankstown at 4 to find viet. To my dismay he had already left for the nike factory outlet in Auburn, but with a lot of whinging they came back to get me x) YAYAYAYAYAAAYYY! *Viet and Lien are happy* all is right in the world.
To no-ones suprise we arrived at the nike place in under 15-20 minutes due to Daryls really really really really really bad speeding. That boy has now topped by 'most scariest Driver list' followed by Viet Anh and then Anh Tam, Peter, Alex and then ME :D Yes im on the list too. Even i classify myself as one of the worlds worst drivers :)
Crippled my way to the inside of the place and watched as the boys picked out their beloved shoes. If i didnt know any better, boys love shopping more than girls. They know their stuff and they're quick + efficient. However i'm sure if there wasnt such a time constraint on yesterday's events - they would have spent quite some time in that place. After about 15 minutes, the boys didnt like one thing in the shop and went on their way to the addidas factory down the road :D This time they at least walked out with something after a long long long period of choosing and trying on x) Hunnie bought a pair too! They're white and pretty and suit him really well. Though my opinion is probably very biased as i am only used to seeing him in white shoes :)
Oh Oh! and before i forget i'll post up some of my few favourite moments for the day:
Lien just arrives at the children's festival and calls Viet to see where he is. After some chit chat, Isong? tells viet to just drag me along so he can stop complaining x) Viet calls me and tells me where he is:
Viet: " Ok, just go up the thing and around the side and down the thing"
Lien: " OK! I'll see you soon"
*Lien goes around and waits for the car. Soon after the car turns up and she hopps in*
Viet: "Hun, how did you know what i was talking about =/"
Lien: "*thinks about it* ..I dont know - Because im ninja :D NOW CALL ME NINJA" LOL
At the addidas factory Isong puts on a jumper and asks the guys for their opinion. Thinking it was the shoes he had put on I kept staring at his shoes rather than his jumper.
Viet: "i think it looks abit big. LAKERS"
*Lien thinks to herself: *They look fine to me, but how come they're so dirty. WTF? Lakers? aren't they converse? wtf is converse doing in an addidas store anyways"* By this time Lien was quite confused so she looks back up
Lien: "OHHHHHHH , you meant the jumper?"
Isong: " I was wondering why you kept staring at my shoes"
LOL :) Got back to the childrens fest around 530 and met up with Rach + Nam and so on :) Personally i dont like the childrens fest with all them little people running around, but i must admit its a good place to catch up with those you havent seen in such a long timme. :) Fireworks were quite long and loud.. but all that bad eventually cancels out when you've got someone holding you through it all :D
Got home around 740 & tuned in to watch the broncos play the Storms. Most Epic fail game ever.
Hopefully today i'll be able to get some paint for my 'muck-up' day costume :) Its all ready to go but with no paint !
I've still got to post up photos of my 2x dresses for Tasie Baby and when i finish and have time i'll post one up of my costume as well.
