TODAY WAS EPIC :D ! I know its been a long time since i've been blogging but not much has happened since I've returned. Usually i would post up pictures and a better recount of how my holiday was.. but MY GOD there are probably over 1500 pictures and my brain is not capapble, nor will it ever be to remember things of up to a period of one month! So, fast forwarding from all that, today Viet and I went on our first date for the year. First 'real' date anyways seeing as I believe the other times dont really count :D WE WENT TO THE BEACH for the first time in our relationship! haha yeah i know, we're a tad deprived (this time it twas my fault) but it's one step at a time seeing as we have all the time in the world to do whatever we want right?.
Started the day off with myself being late after not being able to sleep until about 6am this morning. I think it's because my brain and body are still trapped in Vietnam time, or it may be because I have turned insomniac but who knows. Anyways, yes - as predicted by hunnie, I am still not very punctual and unlike last year whereby I was late countless of times, I will try to improve on my being late all the time. :D Well, met Viet at the station around 945 and caught the 9:50 something train to central where we got off and boarded another train to Bondi Junction. When we arrived, we quickly bought our concession bus tickets to the beach, but reversed and headed in the direction of Bondi Junction westfields so we could buy Bread, lettus, ham and chicken for the sandwhich I had been planning to make for lunch. As instructed by his doctor, my baby has been put onto a very strict diet allowing him to eat nothing besides bread, maybe some meat and vegetables. It's all just a trial for now but the poor thing is not allowed to eat ice-cream, fruit or juice + more for the next week. =O *dies* I hope this diet works. lol Anyways - we met the VO kids at the bus stop and decided to trek with them for the day. After arriving at the beach, hunnie and I bummed around while the kids swam and then shortly after went for a walk along the beach! :) The water was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Somehow while walking, the water got a tad deep.. but we managed to find ourselves ending up at the rock pools :D YAYYYYYY. Both of us spent our time hunting for crabs and seacreatures together, and my god it was the BEST . Hunnie found all the big crabs.. and I found.. all the baby crabs which were about the size of an ant .. lol :) After that we headed back and went for a swim. lol he told me to trust him and I did :D lol swimming was fun, but unfortunately I think as an outcome, I have become quite dark after today. We left the VO kids early and headed back around 430 allowing me to sleep on Viet for the whole ride home. I have the best boyfriend EVER (L)!
Haha we arrived at our destination around quarter to six and trekked it to my cousin who works @ centro. Even had the chance to apply @ boost again today. *fingers cross* I hope I get the job.
